This section aims to address commonly asked questions about the shop and other services. If your query is still unanswered then please get in touch through the form on the customer service page. We'd be happy to help you with any questions you might have.

 How can I access my purchased download?

Once payment is received for a download then paypal will send you a receipt of payment. We will then email you within 24 hours* with details including a username and password which you can then use to access your purchase via. the download page on this site.

What should I do if I have a problem with my download, or if no email arrives?

Whilst we do endeavour to ensure as quick and easy as service as possible, problems can very rarely occur. If this is the case then please contact us via. the customer service page.

How will my items (i.e. books, CD's etc.) be delivered?

We use the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ First Class service for all physical deliveries.

How much is the postage?

On physical items such as books and CD's, postage is charged by weight. Typically, a music book will cost £1.50 to send. For bulk purchases please contact us via. the customer services form to arrange a discount on the postage costs. Postage is not charged on downloads.

How long will my item take to arrive?

We send all physical items by First Class Recorded Signed For™ and aim to despatch items within 5 working days.**

What is your refund/returns policy?

If a product is defective, mistakenly shipped, or not suitable for your purposes then please contact us through the customer services page within 30 days of receiving the item. Fill in the form and include your physical address. We will then send a SAE to you, for you to send the item back to us, and will provide a choice between replacement or full refund of the cost of the item.

Please note: we cannot refund downloads of any description.
